Since new patch cant wisp friends

Since I got the new update I cant wisp to friends. They can wisp me, but I cant wisp them back. Is there anyone else with that problem or anyone who knows how I can fix it?

Can you join chat channels fine? If it throws you into the void you're account is muted. Have heard of others having the same problem. Can't remember a fix for it tho, sorry.

Yea I had that too. It comes and goes.
@gurjop We're able to join channels and talk normally but whispering people while in a game won't work. You can send the message but it won't appear and return nothing.

I can join channels fine. And i can talk there. Its no problem @ all, but when i try to wisp 1 of my friends it just doesnt work.

I've also been getting this. It predates yesterday's patch, but it appeared among the barrage of useless little patches blizzard insists on throwing at us. Sometimes reconnecting/restarting fixes it, but usually not for long. Most days whispers do work though.
