recently gproxy dropping me at the beginning of a game

I had a few unrecoverable drops by gproxy at the beginning of a game. This never happened before.
I changed the video card. I rebooted. Scanned for viruses. It happened again last night.
No idea how to fix this.
Please help anyone?

Did you change the video card shortly before this issue started occuring?
You may benefit from a clean install of your drivers.

Other things you can try is power cycling your router/modem.
This means unplugging your router/modem for 30s and pluggin it in again afterwards.

Other things you can try are disconnect/reconnect the internet cable leading into your PC and/or the router/modem multiple times.
Sometimes corrossion can occur at the connector.
Though this solution only matters if you're using a LAN cable.
