I can confirm europe.battle.net is currently down. I cannot connect to it either. Also, all of the host bots are not connected to europe.battle.net either so I'm thinking bnet is having issues. Based on the level of care that Blizzard has for wc3 right now, I have no idea when it'll be back up. I would consider playing on another realm for a while :/

There's no "open bots", the realm bugged and the bots are unable to connect, same thing happened with USEast a while ago.

Ya, my bot got banned from euro overnight because it kept connecting... I forgot to change the reconnect timer :/
hopfully the same won't happen to euro like east
