AI players in game or someone controllin 5 heroes?

Has anyone seen Tomoya (elo 2100+) games? Most of BOTH teams feed relentlessly. They just afk in lanes and die. Is this some attempt by someone to play 5 heroes and spoof hero names? And play against someone else who is also controlling 5 heroes and spoofing names? What the hell is going on?

Please watch, it is very obvious he is not a 2100 elo player. Literally runs up to the rune, and then runs away without grabbing it like 20 times at least. The crow will bring no items and shit. This is like a 100 elo at best (how low does ELO even go?)

Or maybe this is some sort of AI testing... Any ideas?

Upon further thought, I'm thinking maybe the WC3 update broke the replays? Like they still load but playback incorrectly?

Gota have the same patch as the replay if you want to watch them.
BNet is curently on 1.28.2

So if you have a replay thats older then that.
1.28.1
1.28
1.27b
or even further back you need to swap back one way of the other if you wanna watch them.
