Is it possible using something like warkeys or another program like it, to set up an xbox remote or something similar to the warcraft game and use it on a pc? if it is possible, how the hell can you do it?

Why would u need one? For what functions and usage?
It simply replaces your keyboard or mouse?
In general third party programs are not allowed.
Change of hotkeys or key tweaks such as warkey is allowed because it simply changes a key to another.
Any program which includes or results in elimination of effort or micro steps, or cheats, or hacks are not allowed.

exactly, to replace the keyboard and mouse. i wouldn't know of any other uses for such a thing or what you could realistically get out of it. But as far as the other thing you mentioned I know for meepo players could use the razor mouse and macro the buttons to automatically tab and select and use the poof ability to make all his images jump to him in an instant with the click of one button

Any use of macro type programs which eliminates steps in doing something is not allowed. As you stated, using a programmable mouse to help you with multi select, macro, combinations, etc is a form of cheating. If you get caught, you will face consequences. Using the hardware itself is fine. But programming it for "macro" "micro" advantage is not.
I dont know why you would replace your keyboard and mouse, but if you are simply trying out a console or w/e equipment, I dont see a problem.

its not for me, my gf wants to get into playing but doesn't like using a mouse. So i was asking for her cause she prefers to use a controller like an xbox remote. not for any micro or macro reasons, just as a different form of a mouse or something. As for the programmable mouse, how would you prove it though? it's still using the keys so to speak. Was just thinking out loud. I don't like using meepo just saying.

Well, depends on cases. Depending on how it is programmed and for which game it is, the amount of "eliminated" steps differ for each program and how it is programmed.
Not many heros require a macro program. Some cases are obvious; some are hard to distinguish.
