I'll answer now to these ( not in a text but like a summary/Questionnary).

Yes/no : Yes and no, it depend of my mood, honestly.
Why? : Cause it relax, or prime me, depending of what kind of music I'am listening to.
What kind of music/artist etc. : For my happy mood I do like HardStyle dubstep / For normal mood and relaxing one; rock, classisc rock.
What kind of game you like to listen music (Legion/Dota/CivilWars etc): More in Legion, sometime I do it while playing dota but I think it took off my concentration. _._
To do Or not to do ? : Well, I do it when I don't think the game is real important or I'm not teaming with mic ON. Otherwise it could disturb mate and myself as well ( not listening to them/not hearing ping in game/ etc). SO it can be nice to listen to some music while playing, but it can be bad on the other side.

So, there we go! Feel free of answering like a normal sentence or like me, we don't care! ^^

Why? : I hate the Warcraft III game sounds and I hate silence, so I put on music to kind of relax and play. It also keeps me from getting too into the game.
What kind of music/artist etc.: It completely depends. There was a few days where I had the Dropkick Murphys/Flogging Molly Pandora Station on. Then I had a party/dance playlist. Then a rock playlist (Seether, Shinedown, A7X, etc.), then a country one (including Merle Haggard and Coe)
What kind of game you like to listen music (Legion/Dota/CivilWars etc): I haven't played DotA in awhile... but I play Civ. Wars and Battleships and Gem TD, so I listen to it while I play those. And ladder.
To do Or not to do ?: Odd wording on the question... but I always listen to music if I can. Sometimes I'll forget to turn it on and play in silence, or other times I'll finish a playlist and sit in silence for 30 minutes before I realize the music stopped playing (same when Pandora pauses to see if you're still listening).

I have my stealthbot synced to my iTunes so I can do .play SongName or .play Artist or .next .shuffle etc. and not ever have to minimize my game. Very convenient.

What kind of music/artist : Classic Rock. Often times the Rush discogrophy, or a nice Jethro Tull album.
What kind of game you like to listen music: Any game I am playing. Often while I am editing Custom Hero Arena, quiet music can keep my mind from wandering too far from my work.

Mostly Touhou and Fate. Well I also listen to Bleach OST and so on.
I mostly like everything except Girlie girl OST

Why? : Pumps me up for a game. I usually play in the living room and if I have the TV on I get distracted, so turning on the music station allows me to focus too lol.
What kind of music/artist etc. I usually listen to Rap or The countries top hits. Sometime I listen to bands like the Band of Horses.
What kind of game you like to listen music (Legion/Dota/CivilWars etc):I play Legion and I also like to listen to music during Custom Hero Footies.
To do Or not to do ? Up to you. Some people lose focus when they're listening to music, other people can focus more while music is playing. I would play a couple games with music and play a couple games w/o music and see which way you play better.

Why? : its the best time to listen to music other than the car.. lol
What kind of music/artist etc. mostly rock but many diff types of music, sometimes even just 1 song from a certain genre.
What kind of game you like to listen music (Legion/Dota/CivilWars etc): Mostly just Legion because its a game that doesn't take that much attention you can have an APM of 3 and be fine lol. I never listen to music during Custom Hero Footies really because 1 it has good music in it and 2 take away from hearing certain things that could be helpful to playing.

Why?: wc3s basic music is not really "good" now days and mood of music has more freedom outside games own music. (ctrl + S & m)
What kind of music/artist etc: alot of difrent mixes. atm "Bass Reggae Mix 2017 Dubstep Reggae, Raggastep & Reggae Remix"
What kind of game you like to listen music (Legion/Dota/CivilWars etc): Mainly play Hero Push (HP) & Castle Fight (CF) so mostly when I play that and isnt active in a VC (Voice Chat on Discord)
