Poor performance on Warcraft 3

I've recently noticed that Warcraft 3 runs very poorly on my NVIDIA GPU, however, on my integrated GPU (Intel) it has no problems running what so ever. Any suggestions for what I can do to fix the performance on my dedicated GPU?
Specs (Incase they have some influence on the problem):
i7 4700MQ 3,4 GHZ
Geforce GTX 765m
Samsung EVO 840 MSATA SSD
8GB RAM
Windows 8.1

Give me screenshots of your GPU meter (using GPU-Z or any other OSD doesn't matter), also a screenshot of your CPU usage (XTU or AiDA64 or others) when running war3 in game.
Where did you install war3? Are you using any mods for vBios or Bios?
Check version of your GPU driver and use the last stable configuration.
What settings are you playing it on?
Also please specify in what respect does it perform poorly? Screen tearing? DC? overheat? etc

I'll provide Screenshots a bit later.
In terms of installation, I downloaded the installer directly from battle.net and I installed the game for roughly a month ago.
My NVIDIA GPU runs on the latest and most stabile drivers, but I am suspicious that the GPU drivers might be causing the problem. On my other games, the GPU is performing just as it should be.
No mods to BIOS/UEFI.
Playing at Max settings, although I would hardly expect the GPU to struggle with WC3's graphics.
I'm sorry that I wasn't very spesific with the problem. Essentially, it has a low Framerate. The game should run at a constant 60 FPS, but as mentioned, it runs below the 60FPS mark. The Intel Card on the other hand, manages to run it with no problems at all, never dropping below 60.
There is no screen tearing, DC or overheat problems, as the computer actually runs very cool when I'm playing WC3.

Well the fact that you are using a laptop for gaming is already a problem. Regardless, I did some googling for you and found a solution. Link to solution below.
Got nothing to do with the drivers, its a NT6 issue when the default Direct3D renderer settings are used.
either force the game to use opengl with the -opengl command switch or in regedit, navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Video
and change
Lockfb to 0

Thank you! My post on the NVIDIA forums did resolve my issue, but thanks anyways!
