@MutantX1211We did not. If two players leave within the first few minutes of a game, it will automatically result in a draw, thus not banning you.
However, being third leaver after this might get you banned.

If it's resulted in a draw, why would being the third person to leave cause a ban?

Let me re-phrase,
@SlomosapienAfter the first few minutes of a game which has
not been recorded as a draw you might get banned despite the fact that you are the third leaver.

Are all games recorded as a draw if there are two leavers? Is there an automated message in-game to indicate this? A notification to that effect (saying it will be drawn and/or it is safe to leave) would be helpful for all players.

@SlomosapienAfaik, not all games are configured as such. I know Legion, NWU and DotA games are. The "draw" period differs from games to games, tho.
As for being aware of the draw, the bot will always display the following message: "The game has been recorded as a draw, you may leave at any time."

DotA definitely doesn't display the message for people leaving. The message only comes up after a !draw vote.
I've been in LTD games where 2 allies have left (making the game 4 v 2) and no message came up after 4+ levels (however many minutes that entails) and both of us remaining were unsure as to whether or not we would be autobanned for leaving.
Could that please be confirmed (or added)?

Considering the lower ban rates we once had on ENT, i can hardly agree with them being to strict. Unless you ofc, are one of those people are often leave games, then i can understand the frustration.
