there is nothing like the best or the worst hero. it all matters on the heros ur team picks and of the heros the enemy team picks, where u play how skilled the ppl are and some other shit

and chen is in my option a rly good hero

For me its the techies just because late game they're not much help except for their stun and if you can gather huge groups of mines.
