Is this bannable

Are we suppose to kick players who don't perform well or not? Ent has banned players for kicking "noobs" when they aren't purposely feeding.

The game i just played supposedly had ent clan members in it and said i would be banned for not kicking. Shoud i have kicked the player, yes or no?

@fmalchemist Votekicks are not to get rid of newbies but of players who intentionally ruin the game by feeding. Depending on the game specific rules (as for ID), votekick may be used to kick players who ignore advice, therefore refuse to learn the game properly.

If you aren't sure whether you need to !yes or !no, voice your concerns in all chat and the moderators will take it into consideration if you were able to tell if the user violated a rule on purpose or not (from your perspective). Because in the end, you are responsible for what happens with your vote.

tl;dr; newbies are not to be kicked unless feeding on purpose.

@fmalchemist

-Votekick is a function to kick game ruiners, not noobs.
-If someone game ruins, you are obligated to kick him/her.
-You will only agree to kick when you are sure someone is game ruining.
-You are free to refuse to kick a player if you are not sure of someone game ruining (ex. not visible or ambiguous).

We ban for refusing to listen or teamwork.
We ban for intentional feeding (ex. suicide).

Game ruiners are obvious. Extreme noobs who refuse to listen while feeding skewing the game flow could be banned depending on the moderator's view of the game.

Ban cases are judged individually case by case.

What if you are not certain that a player has been feeding, and refuse to kick, but it was proposefully feeding, then youre breaking a rule no matter what you do.
If you do kick - unfair votekick - if you dont - refuse kick. Wheres the right path

Makes absolutely 0 sense. Player's are responsible for acknowledging and recognizing when ruining is intentional by any player. Refusing to kick a 0-8 trax with 5 stout shields tower diving and then providing the excuse that u weren't aware that it was intentional will result in a ban. At the same time, kicking a 0-8 trax who is trying to cs, building treads and yasha, but keeps being unfortunately ganked or targetted first in battles is 100% bannable.

Not that hard to recognize ruining with mal intent.

I would never trust pubs to figure out what a moderator means. :P

What happen if they don't understand English and is noob; therefore, unable to take advice in ID. What happens in dota if someone clearly doesn't know English and don't know how to vote kick game ruiner.
