Bug?

Played a game today with potm, got maelstrom, yet chain lightning never went off. At the time I had treads, one wraith band, and maelstrom so there was no other orb. Anybody else experience this?

Chain lightning will not be activated when
You had MKB with True Strike on
You had orb items other than EOS
You did not Order Attack

Did you read what I said? It wasn't working when the only items I had we're treads, a wraith band, and maelstrom.

Found your game. Looks like it's a bug in dota map.
