Update to "FIXED v2"

The currently hosted version is dead now because h3rmit updated to "v2" and v1 is no longer being hosted for download.
It is not available ANYWHERE.
What this means is that anyone trying to play ent games without the map "DotA v6.83d-fixed.w3x" is completely screwed because there is no available download for it anywhere...
I think we should update to "v2"
OR can a mod or someone please post a working DL.

I found that joining an apem game I cannot download the map. If i join an arem game i can... weird but it works

Yup that solved it, thank you I feel dumb now for not trying >_<

At any rate I still think we should switch to v2.
Looks like more bug fixes/glitch fixes etc.
