No, that eould be Clockwerk and Invoker
In the case of Bubbles, the only thing i have to say is that, apart from mh, he was extremely rude as a player when he played on the same team with my little bro that is still learning dota and was doing fine, but his team was losing. That behaviour was really inappropriate for a mod.
