Isn't AP more popular..?
Would need to go through suggestions, but i'd like to see how many games are played first.

Re: Absolutely loving the new DotA map.
Should focus on the map, rather than QQ'ing at each other.
Will be moderating this topic actively from now on and delete off-topic posts.
* What would you like to see in DracoL1ch's version?
* What would you like to be changed?
* Why?
etc... @DracoL1ch , might want to be a bit more open to opinions, and constructively argue on why you refuse to do X or Y thing, rather than resorting to degrade everyone's point of view.

There's FAQ at my site, and it's there for reason. All the same questions, all over the places. http://d1stats.ru/faq?lang=en every answer already there, except maybe about -em, I'll try to cover it bit later
Re: Absolutely loving the new DotA map.
First I would like to thank the great entertainment I've read cause i'm at work.
Here's my two cents(opinion of a LoD player and Dota2/never played Dota1 6.85);
Dota has never been an easy game. Metas have changed throughout its patches and during the version 6.67-6.69 where the meta was really slow, lasting for about 1hr no one seemed to care.
Yes, there were less access to forums but overall no QQ towards this issue.
In addition when the Lod Mode was changed from s6embod2 to s6bod2fn the overall pacing wasn't affected that much. However I do understand Lod and Dota1 are completely different just wanted a bases.
Facts:
No games have been perfected hence nearly ALL games having new patches released.
Everyone flaming Draco for the changes in Items and skills; the changes are a carbon copy implementation to Dota2's. This includes the fact that icefrog took out em in dota2.
Potential fix:
@aRt)Y
idk if this is possible but can you implement a voting process in the lobby for those in favor of the new map or not because as @hyo stated the only ones that really voice their opinions on matters are the ones that feel affected.
This way there can be more accurate representation of the Dota Community.

Map can't be changed in the lobby without bigger adjustments of virtual lobbies.

Probably possible but we no longer implement such technical projects.ilod- wrote:@aRt)Y Are we talking about the same thing?
I mean as a poll like the announcements ent have during lobby to collect data.
Thanks for the clear up in advanced.

Re: Absolutely loving the new DotA map.
Regardless of the fact, nothing SHOULD be done as the new map isn't getting movement. It's been hosted for 2 days already I believe, yet not a single game has started. I am all for the new map and truly prefer it, but no point in arguing for it when not a single person joins the map when it is already hosted.
Let's just play nice.
NOT!
