I have noticed this the more and more I play Dota, some players do not want to win the game.

Sentinel could have easily won this game, but Tiny afks at the 60 minute mark and refuses to push or defend.

I have started to see this more and more lately. Even if he came and defended we would have wiped out there team and double raxed since BB was no longer on the table. I see this mostly from the lower elo players. At this point do other people think that this should be considered game throwing?

If everything you said is true, and he was afk/refusing to defend-push, then this is game throwing, and it's bannable if reported.

ofcourse I would post it . It was an amazing game regardless. It was a little disgusting to have such a good game spoiled near the end.

These are bad especially when games are fun ones =/

quick question, if someone does not pick a hero in the beginning of the game, are we allowed to kick them? I have seen people refuse to pick a hero and wait for nearly the five minutes and at that point they say they are here and then pick a hero. If you start a vkick earlier then this, they say that they are "thinking". Is this behavior kick and ban worthy?

it doesn't take 5 min to "think" what hero to pick lol

It seems to the latest way of trolling people lately.

I would kick and ban.
Taking so long to pick a hero, leaves you lower-leveled, affecting the balance of the game; giving the other team an advantage.

That's bannable.

You can sleep well knowing he'll get his karma soon. As long as you don't get tilted at the "unwinnable" games you'll be fine though.
