Is it acceptable to fountain farm occasionally? Sometimes you have last word/flesh heap and want to secure your victory, making sure they can't regroup and come back for a victory.

You can fountain farm as long as you don't do it for 3+ minutes.

That seems pretty bs that you give them 3 minutes grace to fountain farm honestly. If it drags out the game you should be banned, I dislike people who fountain farm just too boost there k/d especially when one person wont ff and they are all sitting in the fountain.

Fountain farming isn't used solely to boost kdr. It's fun doing it.

Killing enemies is fun.

Fountain farming isn't always to boost, if I ever do it, it is so the enemy team doesn't mess with the creeps trying to tank the towers. I try to contain them in the fountain, so the creeps can kill the towers, they hit hard, and if the enemy team is dead, then it's much easier. Fountain farming is intentionally drawing the other team out of the fountain if they have no desire to defend. If they are trying to defend, by all means, kill them. But if they are just sitting there, don't force staff them out or use hook or ghost scepter, just end. There is a fine like between the two, one is not trying to kill them unless they are defending and the other is killing people who are afking so you can end, like using tangos near the fountain to reach the enemy team when they are hiding, or pudge's hook. That is fountain farming, which is not to be confused with fountain camping.

Why do you think he's trolling? Killing enemies in fountain is funny... If I have a hero like Lich with RF, i often just ult the fountain and see how many kills I get ;p. Nothing really wrong with fountain farming. Rax all 3 lanes -> go to fountain. You're prolonging the game for maybe ten seconds by doing that. I can understand if they don't rax and go straight to fountain, but I really don't think there's anything wrong with fountain farm in moderation.

^ plus its not like it really boosts your K/D if all you have is 2min 59sec to fountain farm. Enemies heros do have re-spawn timer, which are generally a minute wait by the time you'd be fountain farming.

Yeah but generally those people are low level so the respawn time is not very high, as I said 0 grace from me. I warn them if they about to end to not to fountain farm at all. if they do, well i slam down the hammer.

ok, purely theoretically ...

and by purely theoretically I actually mean honestly practically
I get fountain build because I dont have anything else (which happens fairly often, easily 1 out of 15-20 games)
I can't match them in open battle since they got crapton stuns/rearm/whatever else
I wipe out their fountain and spawnkill them since that's the only realistic chance I had of ending game (either forcing them to ff or wait for team/creeps to kill base)
Depending on teammate skills, they farm, kill base or join spawnkilling

Can enemy whine about my fountain farm/request me getting banned?
Can I report my teammates for spawnkilling/dragging out game while I am doing the same thing out of necessity?

I'm asking because I did get banned once on BGN for this even though there was literally a rearm/something guy and my team were total nublets (think we were even 1 lane down before I did it)
And once did the exact same thing as in Q2 and I got banned along with the rest of the idiots, even though I was the one reporting them.

And anyone saying this scenario is unlikely:
1) get more creative if you really want to play LoD
2) I got easily at least 80 fountains by now and at least 10 games have been decided solely by me doing this turning an almost sure loss into an instant win
