I dont really much like Lothar on LC.. In my opinion Dagger is just better. Same for Abyssal, u wont stun him or your skill "Moment of Courage" will not be activated = no heal and no additional attack..
Most of items depends on circumstance... But u can always go Dagger (Lothar if u wanna) / Desolator / Assault Cuirass / Blade mail is actually quite good item for Lc (activate and fast catch in duel someone).. Its up to you and your style of playing.

a. buy qb and s.shield and healz
b. go attack bush creatures
c. find weak opponent and duel
d. get lothars and moar itamz
e. repeat b, c and d until u is IMBA
