in dota 2 huskars arrows arent an orb either.

whats it mean when it says:
AXE: Counter Helix now uses Pseudo Random chance
whats pseudo random chance?

Means fake random, say u dont spin after like 10 attacks ur guaranteed to spin next hit. Kinda like pa's crit if u dont crit in like 7 or 8 attacks in a row ur guaranteed a crit. Percent chance increases with every hit. So this is a buff to axe considering he usually tanks a million units.Those numbers may not be correct im just trying to illustrate my point.

As Frank said, not triggering his spell increases chances to do it

If you want a example :

Basically, Counter Helix has 17% chance to trigger (1/6).
If your counter helix didn't trigger, then you get 34% chance to trigget it, ( 2/6)
If not, 51% (3/6)
Then 68% (4/6)
If you didn't proc counter helix after 5 hits, you have 85% chance (5/6)
And finally 100% chance to trigger it after 6 misses (6/6)

there are no orbs in dota 2. u can get mjollnir and helm if u wanted :roll:

if you stop attacking will percentage rate reset? giving a higher chance to crit/spin?

Dota2 Orb are called Unique attack modifier. Mjolnir is an orb ONLY when it proc a lighting chain. Therefore in dota 1 / 2 you can mjolnir and HoD. And that's, from a long time. It's not even new.
