Fogclick real or not?

Hello,

Since you have here this nice wiki about fogclicks and dota replay manager I thought you could help me about fog clicks / bug clicks. In the attachment there is a DotA replay.
The game was host at ghostplay. Dark green player picked Pandarien Brewmaster and this hero is fake selected because of this famous respawn bug.
I dont know why but on this bot the bug mostly appears on the player who left the game last (also the replay, when it starts, is always on that players Point of View). Till here everything is fine.
At 22:50 replayer timer Panda ganks Meepo top lane, Panda uses his ulti and Meepo dies. Meepo selects the fire spirit when he s still in his vision.
Now the Panda Spirits go in to the fog (Scourge woods). His ulti finishes. And approximately 1 second after my fog click detector alarms me a fog click from Meepo on Panda. There is already a red circle around him which is again because of the respawn bug.
Now what bugs me :
- Usually the fog click detector doesnt warn me when someone is respawned and gets fake / bug clicked
- I have been told that Pandas ulti, when it finishes, is not considered as a respawn

Can you guys help me out? Is meepo a hacker?
I read somewhere that the dota replay manager can give me proof since it doesnt log such bug clicks, is that true?
I appreciate your help.
Regards & Thank you

Panda Ulti can easily be one of the glitch spells due to its complexity. The spawning is also unlikely to be legit.
So without having watched the replay, I would say the chances of the panda ulti and spawn being legit fog clicks is zero.

Even more so if you havent found any other fog clicks of said user.

Meanwhile I learned how to use the Dota Replay Manager. I have been told that it doesnt log fake / bug clicks, only real clicks.
Or maybe my source is wrong?
For this game the click has been logged. Would you still say that this fog click is not legit? :S
thanks

Your source is indeed wrong as DRM can still log things which are glitched or bugged. Furthermore, if a unit went in fog and your detector alerts you a second after, you can and should drop that click anyway due to delay.

Well, I wasn't talking about delayed fog clicks. I talked about bug clicks which can happen after respwan for example.
I asked dracolich - the modder of DotA LOD - and he said that the DRM doesn't log fake selections that can happen after respawn incidents.

I am confused, but I think a ban wont happen then. Too many different opinions.
