Rival Event and time zones

Are you aware of the rival event during this weekend?
Theres another tournement hosted in Brazil :?

I would enjoy playing the LDT tournement, but not at the expense of the world cup finals

I think many people think the same and watch the semi finals Edit* game for place 3* and finals (July 12 and 13). And most people I know watch public and have only very limited time for playing.

Is it to late to put the majority of LTD games on the next weekend?

Also 6pm to 9pm on sunday would be 3 am (Monday) in Europe (CEST). Maybe better to play late night on Saturday and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Sunday (wich would be midnight in Europe).

Not sure where you are getting ur times...

viewtopic.php?f=148&t=32315

Click the time links I provided to convert EDT to CEST. Confirm me whether those changes are wrong.

As for the FIFA World Cup: Friday no game, Saturday 4pm July 12th, Sunday 3pm July 13th.

LTD Games are: Friday dont conflict, Saturday 8:30pm-12:30, Sunday 7pm-11 CEST.

Most games will be on Friday and Saturday.

You give the world cup times in EDT and the LTD games in CEST.

Correct times are (All times in EDT from now on):
nabo. wrote:July 11th to July 13th: 5pm to 9pm EDT on Friday, 2:30pm to 6:30pm EDT on Saturday, and 5pm to 9pm EDT Sunday.

So, the game for place 3 (July 12th 4:00pm EDT) will match the LDT games between 2:30 and 6:30 pm (EDT)

The final on Sunday (July 13th 3:00 pm EDT) will end after 2 houres (depending on extra time, penalty end). The tournement starts at 5:00 pm EDT.

Real football is quiet a thing in europe and I think most people are not watching the game alone rather then in public. And even if I would watch at home, I cant just kick out all people at 5:00pm ... Hey guys thanks for coming, now get out I have a play wc3

ps. You say LDT on Sunday = 7 pm to 11 pm CEST and in the other thread 5 pm to 9 pm EDT. That would be a 2 hour time difference :?
I only quote you here.

pps. I just checked the links you provided. You got the times for Sunday wrong :P (Should be the same as for Friday, but it isnt).
