!Confirmed, this is a huge problem I was walking all the way to the opposite side of the map due to walling in but there was one side where it was not walled. I can try to find a replay, but it was ages ago.

initiating a vote before necos frog comes up keeps game from starting

On this same thing, if someone lags before cinematic starts and someone types -exp right after the lag screen goes away, it will activate the vote. So for example, -exp.

I saw aceman do it in one of the games.

Seems like luck to me. The loading screen lag should be due to bot, not map.

Correct, the loading screen is not the result of the vote... obviously...

You don't even have to lag. There is few seconds time before the cinematic which you can use to write whatever you want.

Yeah it works, but when you -exp before the cinematic it wouldnt let the game start, but neco removed the cinematic so no problem anymore

The ability to use any kind of vote has been disabled since 0098e (which isn't on the bots).
