Greetings. If you're using battle.net then you can go to our games list and copy/paste the gamename when you go into battle.net and you'll join the game you copied. If you want to host one yourself, see our Host Guide which can be located here.

well, f you have trouble to join ANY game, use this "guide"
start WC3
click on Battle.net
login
click on the "map symbol" on the top. (i dont know how the description is called in english)
then doubleclick a game in the list, or copy and paste the name of a game into the box and click "enter"
