Hello! Looking for Dota clan

I am around 1750elo ( eh i go up and down 1800~1600 everyweek.)

Want to join a clan that can teach me and make me a better dota player.

Hmm nice idea but why we dont great our own clan?
we need to get more members also i can be the chieftain bcoz i know how to lead and do management ;)
