Hey... Tatooine GOLD

I was trying out warcraft world editor today and ended op on hiveforums.
I installed a plugin for JASS in vim but then i found something about JNPG and got a little confused. How good is the state of wc3-map-programming these days? I would like something with a bit of autocomplete, or at least, play with vim a bit (my hobby since a few years) to make it an interesting programming system.
I got interested in this because I'm in a wc3 revival period (although I never was any good; i'm only learning NOW how potions and items are actually so very important... no wonder i died too many times creeping
). I also have an urge to tell stories and the wc3-format seems like one I would really like to try out : there still seems to be a large enough base of people who are interested in trying - at least once - a new custom game/story.
I ended up trying http://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/bat ... urce-19891 as a local game. I was amazed how advanced the state of plug-in making is.
Then I tried hosting Battle for Tatooine on ELM but ended by being banned for using a VPN or something and didn't really got the map running. And so I got ended up here....
