So banning a guy, after he is ignored by the teammate on he’s side (for a stupid, though not offensive comment). I simply sold the Tower on he’s side because i was afraid to steal he’s kills and i could not ask for Consent to build there.
Also i suicided, Got ignored. So what is there for me to do,but push

This player has refused to play before in a previous request and this is a similar situation where refusal to play is the rationale for a teamkilling ban. Also, player refused to build delays to help yellow catch leaks forcing yellow to make a delay instead. This appears to be a response to getting ignored - going pure wood was not discussed or agreed upon with the team - had the option to merge but did not.

Your build early on indicated merging and yellow never said anything, so it is likely safe to assume that it would be okay. An ignore is not an excuse to teamkill with this type of play.
