Should Shadow be allowed a 1230123th chance

There was (for the 1230123th time) a topic brought up by a few players in the DIHL community regarding whether Shadow should be given another chance to play in DIHL (apparently he's still interested), despite his never ending history of harassment, raging, quitting, obnoxious arrogance, and endless attempts at making new accounts both on BNET and on Discord. This has been going on for years and for some reason people keep giving him more chances.

After that point, we continued to see fake accounts pop up on both BNET and Discord, as documented here:

Others in the community may have had other similar occurrences. I'm posting this as a request to stop giving Shadow chances. While I'm not going to go back and find more game replays from a year or two ago (there are many), I think along with some community votes we have a case here.
