I did leave that game maybe watch the replay not my fault that they drawled before I could leave in time.... So I get a worse punishment then -18 elo really

Of course you did leave the game after it was drawn (and you even voted for draw aswell)
There was a long conversation before it was drawn, so there surely was enough time to leave, instead of asking several times whether you should leave or not, just do it.

Anyway, I just tested if it's possible to apply a dc pen since you were the first player leaving, and it worked.
