He built delays on dark green so his team can dd.In the game a moderator @greatbeyond warned him and he still did it in the next game as well.I dont know why so much drama over this.Why it even got reduced? he was warned in the first game and he did it in the next as well.

So as there is some confusion with the current building rules for 2s and 3s (solo lane) I'd like you to clarify those rules
Can we or can't we as solo laner build behind dark green (rule implemented to counter pulling but as solo laner this wont happen)

Slight advantage to building further back as some people know and others don't but may cause confusion if you let people build further back in solo lane but not dual lane

Sorry for the late response. We decided to keep it simple and say the same rules apply for solo lanes. Especially do not build delays outside your lane.

@littlexd these rules only apply for the inhouse league called LIHL - and in this league we are not allowed to mid build or cross.
