this game finished.... you can't dc penalty someone if the game is played anyways.

the point of the dc penalty is to correct for pp benefit - not to punish everyone who has a bad connection. if the game is finished - there's no possible Plug-Pull benefit, making a dc penalty incorrect. this has been common knowledge among anyone and everyone for ages.... and is the whole reason there is no AutoBan in lihl as we adjust for dc on a case-by-case and preventative measure. if we just ban everyone who dcs on a regular basis, why not just use autoban for LIHL?

If you dc on a regular basis, dont play.

Dc penalty will apply on either case.
