Would you like to see the removal of Nore]Juno from LIHL MOD?

I am creating this thread from shared interest in the LIHL community to contest Nore]Juno from his LIHL Moderator Status.

As a LIHL Moderator, representing both Legion TD and ENT itself, you should act in a professional manner, and be well respected in the community. I, as well as many others believe that Nore]Juno (greatbeyond) do not hold these qualities and or cannot hold these standards for that matter.

His behavior is very childish, he holds personal grudges against people in the community, he is rude and disrespectful and I find it very hard to connect with him as he is distant within the community in regards to improving the league.

His attitude both in-game and on the forums, clearly shows how unprofessional he can be, on a consistent basis.

Here are a few screenshots to show his behavior and profanity towards a member in the community.




He has also kicked me from the LIHL channel for calling him "papi", In which he replies "Only one person in the world can call me that, and it's Fua". I find this really ridiculous and hilarious at the same time. This is not the first time he has abused his privilege either.

I will be adding a POLL into this thread so that people can stay anonymous to vote if they wish to, and I request for other people in the community to voice your concerns and opinions on this individual also.

Well. I've tried to get along with Nore in the recent past. But it's simply impossible. Every time I have a serious meant request or just a simple demand, he defames it as "QQ" and ignores me. His generally childish attitude and highly unprofessional appearance (for example pinging around as obs in a game and (if intended or not) unrightfully kicking the other obs don for it: https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=64730) became notorious and caused a bad overall atmosphere in the league. Publicly infamizing well respected league members (as telling today in clan chat that Keero is a useless moderator) is just one dimension. Deleting dissident forum posts, taking position in ban requests or ignoring rule violations of friends is another.

We've been tolerating his continuously oppressive and highly biased regime for too long. This league deserves something better. It's time for a change.

PS: I've been in this league for years and before I was a member of the admin team of the famous dota Clan PDC (by far the biggest dota community back then). From all the staff experiences I've collected since then I've never seen a phenomenon like Nore.

Screenshots are old news and already addressed in the poll you took them from. I won't hide that I am not the nicest person in the world, but I do the stuff that no one else is willing to(clearly). I will gladly resign if majority shows they want me gone; the ones who come to forums like you who spam QQ over nonsense will obviously vote for yes. Childish is the word I would use for you, don, artichoke and others, but anyways I won't defend myself from people like you. You guys either have nothing better to do, or are just living in some dream world where I am "tyrant abuse mod". It's simply not the case at all.

Go ask the real veterans of LIHL what they think, not new vouches who have come in and created this "toxic" environment to begin with. I won't continue the back-and-forth banter over each new post popping up. Screenshots of me saying the "thinks he's tough" comes right after he said he will "rape my face" if he saw me in real life btw. But you fail to show that part of the chat Where's the screenshots of Don calling me a pussy over and over then coming to forums with his buddy Artichoke to make a drama. Cuz that's all this is.. pointless drama. At least when I said stuff, I just pointed out facts in regards to him. But anyways, this is all over a game. Nuff said.

Step up and apply for mod, be proactive.. do something rather than kick up dust. Give some real evidence of my "abuses" rather than using screenshots that have been sitting here in LIHL forums for weeks now. Good luck with your witch hunt.

1.) If you think by me, giving criticism or engaging in a discussion with you on the forum, is being childish.. then I think you should try and look at the bigger picture. Nobody is (as you like to label it "QQ'ing" (Crying) over nonsense. The demeanor you show in-game towards certain members of the community is an appalling way to represent yourself as a Moderator of the league.

2.) The reason why I made this topic is to get a bigger picture on what the community thinks about you. (Yes, you may do your job , IE: processing reports, however your poor attitude outweighs that positive).

3.) The screenshots here are hard evidence to the profanity you spew out in-game, even if you are being provoked, you are a LIHL moderator, as well as a Game Moderator. You should be of a higher standard and act professional, maybe be the bigger man and ignore? but you chose to fuel the fire with more flame, as well as instigate flame wars.

4.) I have heard people praise past Mods, such as Eldryan, Archol, Krumme, however I have not heard any praise regarding you? Do you not see that as a problem? Are you trying to seek the needs of the community and improve LIHL? I have not seen any evidence of this thus far.

If you chose to step down, then I am pretty sure their will be people to take the leap and bring this community forward, rather than the plateaued state it is in now.
