The bans handed out for this, will be interesting to follow up. I expect more command abuses to be threated the same way, for example swapping in and starting without all players agreeing, or unhosting, 1 day ban and more if it happens more than once with the same player. I would guess unhosting a game or swapping in players has a bigger impact than kicking an obs, so might even be an even harder ban?
In addition, same goes for dodging games, is kicking an obs actually 3 times worse than dodging a game?

So I have to be forced to play in a game your present in? Seems like a joke to me
It was common courtesy in the past that anyone who isn't wanted in obs should leave
Even Don didn't want you in the game yet you think you have a right to obs just because you're a mod? Yet you have done zero SSs in the past and the only reason you obs game is to troll people?
Even when I had problems with krumme/diablo in the past it was never like this because they acted like real mods
Now I have to deal with immature people like you ensnared by some imaginary online desire

unless the mod has a concern and is doing his job ( such as reviewing a new trial vouch, mh ... ) then he can refuse your request and enforce the rule.
Yeah. If a mod is doing his job (aka moderating) he should obviously take the obs-spot and imo a mod is ALWAYS doing his job if he obs, cause he will always watch out for rulebreaking/mh/... .
Imo there is nor legit reason, why one of the mods shouldnt be allowed to obs, as long as u dont play with eld and he lags like hell
haven't lagged in half a year. outdated, and irrelevant to mods doing their job. obsing a whole game is just pointless.
if a mod was actually moderating, of course they can obs. but rulebreaking can be reported, and violations (eg. mh/antistuck) should be checked for in all games - not just the ones they want to obs. screenshot testing is the only reason a mod has to obs that isn't shared by other players, but haven't seen one since I stopped modding. last year.
