The report was for flaming, not command abuse. It was agreed the flame was 'not excessive' and thus no ban was implemented.

Flaming "a bit" in kinda every game is even worse then flaming "excessive" in 1 game. (just my oppinion)

Each report is judged case by case and this decision was agreed upon by the moderating team. Locking this thread as it has no grounds for review.
