Re: standardize ss-test procedure
One person MHing is too many people MHing, it is an issue for sure. It needs to never happen, so making it almost impossible to mh without being caught due to random and regular SS tests is a good thing. Sending a photo of your units to someone on the other team during a game is not okay though... There should be a rule that no mod that is in a game at the time can open the recently sent SS's. Whether on purpose or not, it would be very hard for the info in those SS's not to influence the game if an opposing player can see it.

How you know this? You have more than enough time to edit your ss.

why so much time? i takes 1 sec to take ss and maybe 20 sec to upload and send it (use bookmark). 3 minutes just give people thee chance to edit their ss (every1 with some ps skills need about 1-2min to edit). imo 3min way to much, its not that hard to learn sending ss within 1min

Well, just my experience how it was last time:
Game paused. Everybody waiting. Someone who got wispered by Mod wrote: "XXX asks for SS test". Half of the people replied stuff like "really?" and waited for confirmation. --> 2 minutes already over. People make their screens. Someone can't find where they are saved, asks for help. --> another 3 minutes over. Some people sent the screen only to the Mod who asked for it, which caused confusion to all the other guys. Nobody knows what's going on because nobody hears anything from an official Mod/Admin except the one player. After 8 minutes or so, every screenshot was sent and we could continue. (this was my first and so far only SS test so far)
The problems I see:
1. Not enough SS tests, so people don't have routine and don't exactly know what to do. Yes, it's written in the rules how to do it, but if you actually never have to do it, you forget. And if even experienced players do differently (like sending to just 1 mod), then you get really confused as well.
2. Imho, it would help making it much more fast if the Mod wispers every player directly at least once in the beginning (OR, if possible, just write in "All Chat"??). It just makes this test more official and people believe it from the beginning and stop asking for 2 minutes if it's troll or not... If after a few minutes screenshots are missing, also wisper those players directly (maybe you do already, I don't know).
btw: As a first hint, one can look into the exif data of the file and see if it was saved with Photoshop.

Re: standardize ss-test procedure
3 minutes seems okay. .tga files are actually quite large. If you have a bad upload rate it could take a minute or so to send the attachment. Also, some people are not very technologically skilled. It may take them a little longer to upload a SS. I agree that anything over 5 mins is too much though.
