Problem is every SS test that I've sat through you have at least one guy that isn't so good with computers and takes a bit longer. If you impose, for example, a 3 minute limit but it takes some guy with slow PC / bad technical skills 5 minutes to upload SS, are you going to ban him? On the other hand, how are you going to stop somebody from exploiting the system and editing their SS?
