Using votebalance in games

This decision has nothing to do with high elo or low elo players. It just has to do that we see vetoing votebalance in games leads to drama and that it is a strong tool for abuse. Therefore we chose to remove the option of veto, because the negative effects are far greater than the positive effects. For forcing !votebalance the same rules apply of course, forcing/convincing is forbidden, the same as it is with forcing swaps. It is an optional vote and everyone can decide for themselves. If they ask, just don't type !votebalance. If you feel pressured, you can report it.
