Edit: We do allow observers in our LIHL games (anyone wishing to observe must have 100% approval by the players in the game - if any player objects to an observer, the observer will be denied the privilege of watching). This is a privilege and should not be taken advantage of.

With that being said, any use of the observer privilege that can give any information to either team or any player will result in disciplinary action which may include un-vouching.

This includes "all chat" as well as private messages.

Anyone suspected of "ghosting" in LIHL games will be investigated.

Please note the updated etiquette as follows:

• Any use of PM, All chat or voice software (i.e. skype, ventrilo, teamspeak, telephone) by observers to give any player information that can help him/her will result in immediate unvouching and possible ban
• Anyone caught "ghosting" (i.e. - utilizing a player as a maphack) will result in immediate unvouching and possible ban
