This is exactly the main reason to make this rule.

I can only support this as I earlier stated.

And aye, I do agree that there should be a time frame for how long after someone can be punished for something, such as a week. Cause otherwise, people will just save them up, and when someone gets unhappy with someone or feels like taking revenge, maybe after a bad game or a discussion, it could be miss-used or bring up an odd situation such as the Dweller-case.

Otherwise incidents can be saved up, as a form of power-act or way to take revenge, which reporting shouldn't be about.

Well obviously we have 2 camps here.

As a compromise I would suggest that we urge people to send in their reports timely. If they wait too long, the moderators have the right to deny the request if they can't trace back evidence or if they suspect the reports are made for revenge or as an abuse. In this way we don't need a rule, but we can act upon abuse.

For example, at the start of season 2 we can make a message stating this.

I'm not in any camp. If someone reporting week later, it will be taken into consideration, and i doubt blackmailing will help that case. Someone not playing fair? Post a request. Think any of mods abusing powers? Post a complaint. I'm really up for this addition if it will help, just thought it's common sense to report someone instead of blackmailing or something.

True. Maybe we can give our players the benefit of the doubt and treat them like they are sensible, moral persons. :)

That would also be totally fine for me.
