In the past we used to do a funweek during a season, with different modes to be played.

E.g. based on game name. Games that has the last number(lihl15k):
0-2: -pr
3-5: ent18 rules
6-7: hybrid
8-9: -sd

I always used to like such weeks, was a nice change of scenery and different games. So I was wondering if there is any interest in getting such a week again.

Sure. But gamemode/rules should be known in advance so ppl can decide if they want to sign for it or not. Else there will always cry someone.

I don't know, I kinda like Mick's idea. You know you sign up for the surprise. If you don't like that, just don't play for 1 week... I always enjoyed fun weeks, but after a few days of always the same rules, they also got boring. i think this is a nice way to make it more interesting the whole week.

That really takes the fun out tho, if game mode is known in advance.

Oh btw. Other game modes are not possible with the e map version so the map has to be updated before this

Well, I have yet to vote, but for sure I won't play if I cannot know in advance what we're gonna play. I hate -pr and I don't like hybrid that much...

I don't get this. We play the same mode, same game, all day, every day. And one week of alternative/random modes is suggested and ppl already be like "nah, i don't play random. i need to know exactly what happens in advance".

Just sad.

As I said, I really fucking hate -pr. I won't play it for sure. I would rather leave than play -pr

I basically like the idea about a funweek, support for that. But there are for sure a lot of players who fear about their elo, But still want to play. What about implementing a funweek after every season? Including a funweekchamp maybe?

Can't make everyone happy. Just make a vote and if majority of forum users want it lets do it. This way people already go I want that but not that etc. I like the idea even if I don't like every mode possible, but I am willing to accept it anyways, who doesn't wanna risk can pause for a week or just leave and take penalty

Why not make it a discord command, !fstart or !funstart and then the game is decided by the numbers as said. And this can only been during the time period alotted. This way you can also start regular games during this period. You would then renamed the games like challangr !lihlf67g or w.e
