I would suggest to make a rule to avoid ppl abusing grabbing/stealing/refusing to follow team vote as vendeta did with pride.
He did say their is no rule about it and its not against the rule to not follow team call so ..
So i trully believe that if the team elect a kc in case their is some conflict about it, that would be the most fair decision.

potential king control candidates should have a campaign period lasting up to 5 minutes in game to make their case for why their team should elect them as the king controller. i believe we should allow a first-past-the-post system of voting for simplicity, and lihl-mods can be messaged via discord to vote in any tie-breaking results. If lihl-mods are not available i feel the most fair way is to simply !roll for winner.

i agree with this rule suggestion, king control should be treated just like calling/sending/suiciding etc, the team must agree to it as it heavily affects the outcome of the game.. some people are just more likely to save a heal vs a send, and in that case: a vote by team or roll if its 2v2 as tin stated works best

Basically what Mud said. KC affects the whole team so team should have a say in case there is more than one candidate for kc. If 2v2 just rolling is a fair way.

This is a stupid situation, i think everyone has around the same ranking in their head as to who is the best to worst king controller in lihl. Sad we need a rule for such a common-sense thing.
