Season #2 Update

So we're approaching what was supposed to be the end of season 2 (2 month season length).
1. Season length has been increased to 3 months (same as season #1) as it was decided 2 months was too short.
2. Auto unvouch system to be implemented at the end of season 2. Details will be hidden to avoid abuse but will be revealed once the season is over (numbers haven't been confirmed yet anyway).
3. New anti-stuck rules will be in place from October 1st. Ie No AS (other than on actually stuck units) No Double build No Cross build. This will be enforced from day 1.
