As of today due to popular demand:

-Any use of anti stuck is prohibited (other than to the intended purpose of anti stuck).
-All games will be played with No double/cross building - players must assume their normal solo lanes.

Season will end 31/10/13. This will also allow the auto-unvouch system to be implemented to have greater accuracy.

Rules thread will be updated and given a clean up shortly.

If you have any questions about anything feel free to ask.

Yep, was too early to end the season. Also most games were played with the new rules so we may aswell implement them.

Ok cool, although I was hoping to be fully active for a whole season timing is a not terrible for me again

I want to add this as a general warning. I have been going through some games to check for anti-stuck and I saw some people anti-stucking units in the middle. This is ALSO forbidden now. Only anti-stuck on stuck creeps is permissible.

Because there were about 7 people who have anti-stucked in the middle I take this to be a misunderstanding, but from now on I will punish anti-stucking in the middle as well.

Dang antistuck in middle also.. Well I did that yesterday.. But fair enough I didnt know. First time in a week Ive been online/on forrums.. But the new rules will be good.. GUT..
