!Swap

As we can see the benefits swapping players between teams, we are going to allow the use of the !swap command on a trial run. However, there are a few conditions and if these conditions are broken, !swap will be completely disallowed again.
1. ALL players must be in game before any swaps are made.
2. ALL players must agree to the swap.
3. Any flaming/abuse/'convincing' with regards to getting a player to agree will not be tolerated.
4. Players have the right to disagree at ANY time. That means if a players agrees in the channel then he does not need to agree in the lobby. (I would hope noone is immature enough to do this)
5. Trial players can never be swapped so they're alone on the same team.
