Regarding Akitos

The matter regarding Akitos's recent ban has been re-evaluated by the Moderators and as a team we believe that a reduction of ban length is in order. We feel that 3 days was a little excessive under the circumstances. Effective immediately Akitos will be revouched.

Please note that we still stand by our original decision. A dodge is a dodge, period. Let this be a warning to everyone that dodging a game at any point after a game is hosted is subject to a minimum 24 hour unvouch. The reduction in Akitos's ban was a decision made by taking into account the extremity of the events that occurred.

Furthermore, we assure you that the moderators are not taking sides between any of the players involved. We do not care to discuss the personality clashes or intentions of the players involved. This entire event will set a new precedent for any future dodging. Expect this to be enforced going forward.

Thank you again for all of your input in helping to maintain a gaming environment that we all have come to love!

I'm happy with this decision and i want to apology for the extreme measures that were taken in the heat of the moment and i'm glad to see that the staff is open to suggestions.

just want to clear it.
after we remaked the 2s someone asked in lobby if he can play too. i said i dont care at this time, expecting 3s and that they can be swapped up fast. then the one who asked(i dont remember who, mb it was armed) left the lobby without explanation. at this time i got a little bit pissed and tired of waiting and called to start. i didnt know there were enough for 4s. i wouldnt have rmked then though, since they can play 2s as well. i dont get what ppl like so much about 4s, which is always the same procedure.

anyways i was the only one who didnt want to rmk and oxodus followed it.

i think the ban reduce for akitos is ok, if you did the same with oxudus? if not, i can understand why he is pissed at least.


and i allready got enough of lihl again...

Please let me reiterate that the Moderators in the case did not respond to any threats, accusations or personal opinions towards one another. We do not value one member of our community over another and will never take sides based on emotion. We have done our best to be impartial and evaluate the actions vs repercussions of the accused offender and we came up with the proper ban length for the offense.

Please refrain from pointing fingers at each other and making drama where it doesn't need to be.

If you want to be angry with anyone about the outcome, be angry at the Moderators. We are solely responsible for the decisions that were made and the actions that were taken. We stand by our judgments. (We are aware that the recent uncovering of the chat logs conflict with the original complaint but we do not feel that the release of this information will change our decision on the ban length. So please, let's not try to rehash and re-evaluate the case.)

Let's please now look into the future and get this league back where it should be. Drama free, fair, consistent, challenging and fun!
