It was a decision made by the other 4 LIHL mods in conjunction with the red admins (agreements and art)y) as well as some green admins (matdas, yondaime)

We felt as a team that the LIHL community would function better with the team that we have assembled currently (with the removal of Eldryan).

It wasn't made in conjunction. It was a move by the LIHL mods, and they didn't demod everyone complaining or delete LIHL which were their other contemplated scenarios - I've talked about this with them a significant extent. I did my best to discourage the disband LIHL idea obviously.

As I recall it was a mod drama issue, and not an LIHL function issue. However, hopefully LIHL can be more straightforward without moderator discussions derailing so many posts.
