ENT Gaming

Hi there,

I am thinking about getting into LIHL, but I read in the wiki that you need an account at useast and you have to be in the clan-channel. Is there no way to join a LIHL-game via entconnect? My ISP disconnects me every 24h and I cannot use GProxy or any other tool which requires the input of CD-key (all games thrown out on accident instead of pile 1 = keep, pile 2 = throw out...). If there is no way to join LIHL-games via entconnect, then I can stop saving replays for my vouch request.

pretty sure cd-key not an issue with gproxy. i have no idea what mine is.

4.Make sure to change the war3path to match your path to your Warcraft 3 folder, enter in your roc and tft cd keys, which server you are in, your Warcraft III username and password and the channel you would like to start in (Clan ENT for example).

So that would work too? Would be awesome!

I don't think you can use gproxy (gui) without WC3 keys. Might be wrong tho.

@Diablo_ It worked. Just downloaded it and tried it out. Though I am not quite sure which realm I am connecting to, because as gateway I select "Gproxy", but at login it says the name of my computer (Rock-PC).

Ok, joined one of the ENT-games for test. I am connected to Europe. All game-names have this [G] in front of them, so I think it is working. The description of the GUI said that US East is set as standard server after install. I guess not

Ok, managed to change the settings. Now connecting to US East, had to create new account though. If allowed into NIHL will ask for stats-transfer. Will continue to use entconnect until then.

Thanks for the hint, I've updated the Wiki (the download link was changed when the wiki was created, thus now the standard setup is europe server instead of useast).
