this game, gog left before 20 ended, thus it's still rules to draw. other team didn't. would like ELO reset and them 4 addressed.

He (GoG) clearly talked at second arena which is AFTER 20 and had 6700 value which is very normal at 20->arena so i cant see the problem here
the rule is clearly 1->20 = draw and Arena -> 31+++ = optional draw
we even waited 10min to get him back where the rule says "after a player has been afk for 10min he can be kicked without question"

rule is pretty clearly until the end of lvl 20. he stopped building before 20 ended because he went afk. he didn't build for arena, and was evidently afk/occupied - then informed us he couldn't play for 30 more mins. he was afk before 20 ended.

he built before 20 started, yes. but he was afk before it ended, via him not building when it did end...

I'm not quite sure yet what happened here. Was he afk till the end of the game or did he come back at one point? Why wasn't he kicked if he didn't come back, and if he did come back why would you still want to draw?
Other than that, the rules say !draw is optional after the end of level 20 which is as soon as the build timer for arena level starts. And Eld, you should know that we can't adjust ELO unless someone left the game.

we kept him so he might come back, since if we kicked, 3v4 is a sure loss. you can adjust elo, you just have to message higher ups - it's been done in LIHL.
he went afk during 20, and came back around middle of arena to say he can brb in 30, after having not built or incomed.

I'll look into this more deeply as soon as I have time, but I don't see any issue here except of Gog's afking.

draw is required for leaver/kicking som1 who leaves before 20 has ended, on the LIHL wiki.

So I just watched the replay.
Gog was still moving his hero after level 20 and he was also writing during the second arena ... thus it obviously falls into the optional draw phase.
I also want to point out that convincing other people to do something by untruthfully saying what they do is against the rules, might get you in troubles.
No actions will be taken, archiving.
Also @pewpew-lasergun Building (delay) towers in the middle of the lanes is not allowed, the next time I see this will result in a temporary unvouch.
