eldruan just rage quit on game on wave 7 and after he signed for another game that i said i refused to play with a rager quit and he kicked me on lihl74f...but after i played cuz in respect for the another signed players....
no excuse...he quit the game and still online on bnet, no message on errorconect or anything he just left...it was a rage quit

I also kicked him over rule break, so technically it was allowed as it was pre-game (flaming). All he was saying for lines and pages was along the theme of:

Why would he bucking ragequit? They were definitly ahead of us... Pretty sure he just wanted to tab out of the game and accidently pressed ALT + Q instead of ALT + TAB. Pls stop whining God.lik3, even if it would be a ragequit, which it is not, it wouldn't make any difference, so leave it already.

He can still demand dc penalty. That last dc penalty eldryan got from HBC was also to eldryan's advantage (the game I mean). Player left, circumstances may be whatever, dc penalty can be applied. I am not saying that I am supporting the sentiment, but the rule has been applied like this before and most-likely will be again.
What the mods will do with supposed ragequit and the kick and the messages from both sides is up to their judgement.
