Marshmallow - Time to shine?

Okay so Ive watched a few replays of this guy, and Ive played a few games vs him, and I belive that you should concider a trial vouch for him, not that I think he is ready or anything but lets face it, how much do you learn from public games? let the man learn the right way and play with us, give him a trial and let him get better.
He has been more the active on forum, he is very active in game, and he is possible a good player in the future, I mean it is limited how much you learn when you play vs cross and noobs every game, best way to learn is to play the way we play, play against the playing style of lihl, it is so hard to find a potential good game on pub, that is worthy of uploading the replay. Gieb trial

Needs to make a vouch request before you can vouch him. Any replay is fine if he plays well...
If you are willing to play with him/guide him, it's fine imo, but if you expect others to coach him and play with someone you believe isn't ready it's too impractical.

who was ready when they joined lihl since season 2? fiji went last place his first season, and won right after, noone is ready. but practice on pub doesnt help noone, you cant compare pubs to lihl. Let the man get a chance, if he doesnt improve or is active you can unvouch, untill then let the man get a chance

Last couple of days me and marshmallow have been playing together so I can judge him and help if needed but having a hard time judging him for real - the thing is he has applied 2? or 3 times already and LIHL is not only about knowledge it's also about improving and thinking for oneself and that is what I try to figure out if he has or not
If he applies we will judge him

Don't forget to study the newly invented ENT yolo!
http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 262909.w3gAs you could see in that game, in pub games blasters are often a blessing. At lihl, they aren't, because of lvl 1 warriors.
But ENTs are always imba!
@krumme please don't unvouch me

I upload a replay I just got of some yolo now. the game wasn't great but I think I had like 250 income by 12 or so

ELO isn't really a great measure of success, "winning" a season doesn't mean your play is good. I know many pubs who could probably win a season if they wanted to dodge hardcore mode (ex. playing 2v2 is terrible once your ELO is above a certain point - don't play these and it's instant boost).
Maybe it was a mistake to vouch Fiji then - he should have played more games with you or some ZTX member in LIHL, as well as obs etc. so he doesn't fuck his teammates x 10000 for most of a season. Policy determining, I'd say vouch him if you agree to guide him (or some well-established member) and if not, he should get good replays. (By good, I don't mean better then LIHL players, I mean capable of being near the bottom of LIHL but not 'sabotaging' team).

Lol you miss my point, as Im sure that was your intention. But I try to write it again so that there can be no confusing
I didnt doubt the vouch of fijis. I tried to make an example of Fijis vouch, that people evolve way more playing lihl, for better or worse, then they do pubbing
I made this post with the believe that Marshmallow could beomce lihl player in time, and he would be better faster in lihl rather then pub. If the mods disagree with me or people disagree we me, then archive this forum and close the subject, its not a big deal. You changing the subject to fijis vouch only lead one way, this subject ends up being a discuassion about incoming, cross, yolo ect, I just tried to be nice to Marshmallow and show my support for him nothing else. Im sorry I mentioned Fiji it shall never happend again!
