team 2 know they are dead and they ask for a draw!!

We have always had an unwritten rule that states if someone dc's during the send and the team without the dc would definetely survive and the team with the dc would not survive regardless of his dc that it should not be drawn - so if such a case comes up again, don't draw - I don't feel like we need to clearify this in the rules unless everyone think it's needed
Regarding the thread Hutzu posted, it was more ment for cases in which the team with the dc haven't yet sent (IMO).

I see this can come off as confusing and if needed we can and will clarify this in the rules as avoiding a 100% loss is absurd while as 90% losses should be drawn if the dc changes anything

Well since im back to lihl i believed i played around 20 games, there were like 4 times i was going to win for sure and in the other team someone disconects, idk whats happening but its weird, i live in Brasil and my internet drops less than u all? impossible.... thats why im posting every disconect, so people will think 2x before pulling plug or something

As Krumme said we trust into fairplay in such cases. Just bear in mind that you technically still have to draw if someone demands it (whether you will be banned or warned will depend on the case).
