Observers
So first point also means that if any player is against obs, he can request them to be kicked. So if Jubadus is 'mod' in that game and is against observers or certain observers, then he can kick them. You can consider it rude, but it is not against the rules.
Observers
- To observe a game is allowed if all players in the game agree.
Observers must not comment on strategies or ghost.
Pinging ingame is forbidden under any circumstances.

Re: mod abuse
nice... so that means if a mod wants his friend to observe instead of another lihl player he is just allowed to kick them?
cool mods we have here you should maybe consider that.
if he would have asked me i would have left... but this way it just sucks rly.

Re: mod abuse
as vouched players we should at least have the right to get informed about the reason of kick.
11 is closed and fiji is obs now.

Re: mod abuse
I dunno. I haven't checked. But any player can be for example against you and v1rus joining. Those spots can be given to other players then to observe. Has never happened since I play lihl, as far as I know, so I dunno what was going on in that game and it also hasn't appeared on his list: https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/?u=jubadus
Maybe the game is still ongoing or the game just got unhosted (then all of you got kicked). Though I doubt the last option happened, cause otherwise you would have seen them all in the chat.

Re: mod abuse
What do you mean? He hasn't broken any rule. Even if he let 2 other players in. So I didn't need to check, as I had mentioned....

Re: mod abuse
the game is ongoing atm. if we just leave it like this its gonna be a bitchfight and i guess nobody wants that.
i am just gonna disagree to many players that want to obs now too. if you just wanna ride the rulebook... but thats not what this league should be about

Re: mod abuse
I had multiple people in game msg me to kick you 2 as observers so I did. enough said. it is not against lihl rules. if you need to refresh then reread rules.

Re: mod abuse
Well, a general rule-change can be discussed. But he can theoratically just say "I don't like player A and B, so they aren't watching at my games. Period." In the end an observer loses less than a player. A player can say he feels uncomfortable having certain people around (e.g. if he fears they ghost or whatever), while an obs can just watch the replay after, if he is interested in the game.
Possible options:
A: As it is. Kick who you want, let any obs that you want
B: Either first observers stay or no observers
C: I dunno, you think of something
Just wait for more feedback about what other people say. According to that we can adjust the rules to something that the majority wants and doesn't sound unreasonable.

Re: mod abuse
i think vouched lihl players should have the right to observe in general. or if they are kicked they at least deserve a reason why (maybe somebody was afraid that me or psy brake the obs rules anyway but that is really unlikely)
if no rules are broken or no reason can be given... it should be first come first serve (just vouched lihl players ofc)
